A few thoughts on real estate to send your into the weekend:
- Mercer Island listing inventory is up to 202 homes for sale- an 18% increase from about a month ago. Inventory is still rising, which is pretty typical for this time of year.
- However, Seattle Bubble reported that in March the Mercer Island market tipped into sellers’ market territory.
- Bonus: check out this house for sale on the North Island- to me, it looks like the kind of place where Batman would live. Not Bruce Wayne, Batman. Holy jewel box!
